Chocolate Orange Ooze Cupcakes

8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
   1 egg
   1 / 3 cup sugar
   Yellow and red food coloring
   6 oz chocolate chips

In a small mixing bowl, combine cream, cheese, eggs and sugar. A mixture of 2 drops of yellow food coloring and a drop of red food coloring, adding color, if necessary, to reach the desired hue. Use a mixing spoon to stir in chocolate chips, filling set aside.

Biscuits:
   3 cups flour
   2 cups sugar
   1 / 2 cup of cocoa
   2 ts sodium bicarbonate
   1 / 2 ts salt
   2 cups of water
   1 / 2 cup plus 2 TBS vegetable oil
   2 ts cider vinegar
   2 ts vanilla

In a large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt; withdrawn.
  
In a small mixing bowl combine water, vegetable oil, vinegar and vanilla.
  
Add the contents of small bowl large bowl, stir the mixture with spoon to combine.
  
Fill poster inside halves with batter, then place a teaspoon of filling in center. How cookies bake the mass will increase to surround the filling.
  
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for about 25 minutes.
  
Then you should have some really fun and tasty biscuits.

Chocolate Bar Bugs

24 snack-size candy bars (Mars bars work well)
144 (1-inch pieces) Twizzler Pull-n-Peel candy
1 cup prepared chocolate frosting
48 yellow M & M’s or Smarties candy
Candy-coated milk chocolate sprinkler

Directions:
Using a sword, 3 poke holes in each side of Mars bars longer.

Insert Pull-n-Peel in holes like the legs of the bug.

Spoon icing into pastry bag with small plain tip or small zipper-lock bag with a corner snipped.

Pipe 2 small points in a short end of chocolate and attach the Smarties as eyes.

Pipe points on top of candy eyes and the body.

Press chocolate into pieces sprinkler frosting points on the body.

Halloween Black Cat Cookies

1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 / 3 cup water
2 eggs
1 package of chocolate cake mix
M & Ms. Plain Chocolate Candy

Directions:
Beat together peanut butter, eggs and water. Gradually add the cake mix. Mix well. Form mass in 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten balls with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Pinch out 2 ears on top of the wafer. Add M & M’s (eyes), using the red for the nose. Press fork in mass to form whiskers.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8.10 minutes.

Makes 4 1 / 2 dozen.

Pumpkin Pizza

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 TSP. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 TSP. baking powder
some chopped nuts, Pecans are good, optional for sprinkling on top

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until well blended. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix well BUTERI mixture at low speed. Remove and knead briefly into a smooth ball. Place the mass on a pizza pan gently out and give pats on edge. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until the crust is golden brown on the edges. Allow to cool before topping.

Layer cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 / 2 cup sugar
1 TSP. vanilla
12 oz. chicoteado package of topping, divided save-4 oz. for topping

Unwrapping cream cheese, microwave safe bowl in place and heat in microwave on high for 20 to 30 seconds. Mix sugar and vanilla in cheese. Fold in about 2 / 3 of topping whip. Refrigerate until ready to assemble pizza.

Sauce (Pumpkin) Layer
1 cup of cold milk
2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2cup sugar
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 TSP. cinnamon

Whisk in milk pudding. Mixture will be very thick. Stir in pumpkin, sugar and cinnamon. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Assembling the Pizza
Spread on a layer of cheese prepared crust. Beginning with the pumpkin mixture. Then spread the remaining 4 oz. chicoteado of topping on top. If desired, sprinkle a little over the top chopped walnuts.

Triple Layer Chocolate Bars

1-1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1 / 2 cup HERSHEY’S Cocoa, divided
1 / 4 cup sugar
1 / 2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 / 4 cup of flour for all purposes
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
3 / 4 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups (12-oz pkg.) HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK Chocolate Chips or HERSHEY’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 º F. Stir together Graham cracker crumbs, 1 / 4 cup sugar and cocoa in medium bowl, stir in butter, mixing well. Press firmly on bottom of ungreased 13×9x2-inch mixture baking pan.

2. Beat sweetened condensed milk, flour, egg, vanilla, baking powder and remaining 1 / 4 cup of cocoa in small bowl. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over prepared crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.

3. Bake 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan to wire rack. Cut into bars. Store well covered, at room temperature. 24 to 36 bars.

Halloween Trick or Treats Monster Cups

HERSHEY 30 ‘S brand milk chocolate kisses
3 / 4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1-2/3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 / 3 cup HERSHEY’S Cocoa
1-1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 4 teaspoon baking powder
1-1/3 cups water
1 container (16 oz.) Creamy vanilla ready-to-spread frosting
Food colors red and yellow
HERSHEY’s Candies Assorted
Directions
1. Remove wrappers from chocolate; withdrawn. Heat oven to 350 º F. Line muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper bake cups.

2. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Beat on high speed of mixer 3 minutes. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, baking powder, add the butter mixture alternately with water, beating just until blended. Fill prepared muffin cups about 1 / 2 full with batter. Place chocolate in the center of each piece.

3. Bake 20 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly in center. Remove from cups to wire rack. Cool completely.

4. Tint frosting with food colors red and yellow to orange. Frost cookies with orange frosting. Cut of sweets to make “monster” faces. Yields about 2-1/2 dozen cookies.

3 / 4 cup chocolate pudding
1 / 4 cup of chocolate pie crust crumbs
2.4 gummy worms

Layer 3 / 4 cup of chocolate pudding in desert plate.
Top with 1 / 4 cup of chocolate pie crust crumbs.
Serve with 2.4 gummy worms, half buried in the crust crumbs of chocolate cake, get out ot the plate.
